Columbine Library is a bright, busy place with lots going on. It is a frequent stop for families going shopping along Bowles Avenue or playing at nearby Clement Park. Recreational readers like to relax in front of the panoramic window wall looking out on the Foothills, with Johnson Reservoir framed by mountains to the west. The library is also popular with seniors who live just across the lake. And most days someone will come looking for information to help choose a college or start a business.
You'll feel like you're in one of Janet Stevens's books, standing eye-to-eye with one of the Three Billy Goats Gruff or other characters she painted for our unique mural in the children's area.
