You can submit your question 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and receive a response by e-mail within 2 library business days. Ask a question about your library account, due dates, overdue charges, renewals, holds, or notices.
For faster service, or more involved questions, please consider calling us at 303-235-5275 or visiting your local library.
If your library materials were recently returned, please allow up to 48 hours for our software system to record the return. If your items were returned on time, fines will automatically be adjusted.
If you have a question about a recently returned item, be sure to include the library location where the item(s) was returned.
